My day job is heavy backend work — staff portals with role-based access and e-signature flows, HR and leave systems, booking engines, WooCommerce checkouts bent into shapes the plugin never intended, and server infrastructure that keeps all of it fast. That work is why clients come back rather than shop around.
I care about the things that decide whether a site earns money: Core Web Vitals, crawlable architecture, schema, clean data, and automation that removes the manual admin nobody wants to do.
