The brief
A growing automotive group running HR on spreadsheets, documents over email, and signatures on paper. Staff across multiple sites needed one place to go.
What I built
Built a role-based staff portal covering HR, engineering and media teams. Employees request leave and overtime, managers approve in-app, and the system produces monthly summaries and exports.
Added a document library with a controlled folder structure, a guides and manuals section, and a multi-party e-signature flow that places signatures onto PDF form fields with a full audit trail.
