The brief
A real-estate business that depended on its website and paid social for enquiries, with no joined-up way to capture, nurture and measure leads.
What I built
I designed, built and maintained the websites in PHP, WordPress, Laravel, JavaScript, CSS and HTML, then connected them to lead-capture forms, email campaigns and Facebook and Instagram advertising, with analytics showing what each channel produced.
Over three years it became a repeatable system: SEO and content strategy lifted monthly visitors by 50%, email campaigns raised open rates by 40%, social campaigns produced a 150% boost in leads and conversions, and optimisation work added a further 10% to conversion rate. I also mentored junior developers and was promoted to Senior within 12 months.
