Performance Optimisation, Qatar
System performance and backend improvements for a client in Qatar
The brief
A Qatar-based client whose platform had slowed down as content and traffic grew.
What I built
Delivered through Chesamel Group: I profiled the system, targeted the slowest points on the backend and the front end, and tidied the backend structure so editors and visitors both saw faster pages.
Work was coordinated across UK, USA and Middle East time zones with clear weekly updates.
