A specialist car audio retailer selling products that almost always need professional installation. The old site sold parts but had no way to book fitting, so every order generated a phone call.
What I built
Rebuilt the store on WooCommerce with products that consume installer time as well as stock, so buying a system and booking its fitting became one transaction.
Added a bay-aware booking calendar, automated confirmation and reminder emails, and a technician view of the day's work. Front end rebuilt for speed and rewritten for search around fitting and installation intent.
