One login for HR, documents, stock, safety and training across a multi-site automotive group
The brief
A growing group with HR on spreadsheets, documents over email and training videos scattered across drives. Staff on several sites needed one trusted place to go.
What I built
I built a role-based portal on WordPress: HR with leave and overtime, e-signature for contracts, a searchable library of 180+ documents and guides, a categorised video library, team chat, paint stock tracking across 190+ items, health and safety, a help centre and notifications.
People only see what their role allows, everything is searchable, and managers approve in-app instead of chasing email.
The platform is internal, so there is no public link. I am happy to walk through it on a call.
